DSLaunchpad AI, an early-stage startup incubator, celebrated the culmination of its 2024 program with an exciting Demo Day, where six AI-powered startups demonstrated their groundbreaking solutions. This incubator, launched by Discovery/Shift, a consulting firm, and DS/X Ventures, part of DailySocial Group, is focused on fostering startups that leverage artificial intelligence as a core component of their offerings.
From a pool of 159 applicants, the top six startups were selected after an intensive four-week program of learning, assignments, and mentorship. The program was designed to prepare early-stage AI startups for success, culminating in the Demo Day, where the selected startups presented their ideas to a room full of investors, including venture capitalists (VCs), corporate venture capitalists (CVCs), angel investors, and leading corporations.

Throughout the program, the selected startups participated in intensive mentorship sessions, held online to accommodate the busy schedules of the founders. These sessions were led by renowned experts across various industries, including:

In addition to the mentorship, participants received additional perks through Alibaba Cloud Indonesia, which offered access to the Alibaba Cloud Catalyst program. Each startup received $1,000 in cloud credits for development and R&D, while top performers had the opportunity to receive up to $20,000 in additional cloud credits.

The six startups selected for Demo Day represented a diverse range of innovative AI applications:
- InLive – A teleconferencing SaaS platform that enables developers or companies to create custom teleconferencing applications in weeks, not months, using its cloud-based API.
- Ternakin – An IoT and AI-powered fish farming operator that partners with farmers to optimize operations and boost transparency, promoting sustainable practices while increasing productivity.
- Mulai.com – A no-code financial crime prevention platform for fintechs and banks, focusing on fighting crimes like money laundering and fraud in both fiat and crypto spaces.
- TalentMarket – An AI-driven talent search engine that helps companies find verified global talent and job opportunities.
- Diva – A no-code business process automation platform aimed at eliminating repetitive tasks for operators and agents, allowing businesses to focus on key activities that boost productivity and profitability.
- Paperless Hospital – An AI-powered medical scribe solution that automates hospital documentation, enabling doctors to spend more time with patients while ensuring accurate and efficient medical records, reducing administrative burdens.
